Can I Receive Emails at My Own Email Address Inside Back On Stage?

Have you got a branded email address (like [email protected]) that you would like set up to receive emails inside Back On Stage?
Inside BOS, you can only receive emails that are direct replies to messages that you have sent outbound from bookings or lead projects.
This is because Back On Stage auto-generates a unique reply-to email address for each outbound email you send so that our software can automatically map it back to the exact booking it belongs to, saving you loads of time chasing and filing emails!
The downside is that we are not able to be a general "inbox" for all your incoming email to your own branded email address since we do not operate as a full-fledged email client like Gmail or Apple mail.
