How to add members as a Booking Agent/Agency

To add more artists to your account, there are a couple of options.
First, it is important to know the relationship you have with each artist.
If you communicate with each bandleader ONLY (not individual musicians), and you book their bands instead of individual musicians, then you can invite each bandleader to your account as a "Member". Go to Company Settings > Members, to invite new members.
If you work with EVERY MEMBER of the band and wish to communicate with all band members and also operate the business as the band's name (ex: the Beatles), then you can set up an individual company for each band you manage. On the top navigation bar, click on the dropdown beside your company name and choose, "Add New". There you can set up a new company for each band you manage.
